So, I’ve been kind of terrible this week. Eaten out for dinner or unhealthy dinner almost every day. I’m gonna be back up this week. Just have to remember where I started or even where I started this summer.
Overall, I need to reclaim my routine. I’ve been super stressed lately so hopefully when life calms down a bit, my weightloss will be easier. I’m only 10 - 15 pounds away…

Hey Everyone
I’m back!
So I’ve been gone for a little while. I haven’t really fallen off the wagon per se, but my weight loss has stalled a little bit and I think I need this to become a little more accountable again. I hope you all will be here for the good and yell at me for the bad. Have some amazing things coming up in my life, so hopefully I’ll get to shar some of those while I get back into this.

PS - I got a free check-up at work today and all my numbers are normal! (except my blood pressure which the nurse and I attribute to the diet mountain dew I had recently finished chugging :P )
